Welcome to Hidden Canyon Association
Welcome to the community site
This website is designed to help homeowners and their tenants living in the Hidden Canyon community better understand the community standards and expectations of those living in the community, outline the current events and help provide as much information as possible as well as providing contact information for questions that may come up from time to time.
Hidden Canyon is in the Sunridge at MacDonald Ranch Master Planned Community. Homeowners are subject to the rules and regulations of the Hidden Canyon HOA as well as the Sunridge at MacDonald Ranch Master HOA.
Community Speed Limit 15 MPH
Please remember that there is a speed limit in the community that is meant for the safety of you, your friends, family, and neighbors. This applies to all vehicles, scooters, bikes, rocket ships, off-road vehicles, and aircraft. We have a lot of kids in the neighborhood that could easily find their way in front of a vehicle moving too fast, so please stick to the community speed limit.
Community Access
Hidden Canyon has vehicular and pedestrian gates for access to the community off Sandy Ridge. The vehicular gates are for motorized vehicles only, pedestrians, bicycles, e-bikes, scooters, skateboards, flying carpets and hover boards please use the pedestrian gates on the North and South sides of the vehicular gates. If you don’t know the pedestrian gate codes, please contact our property management partner by following this link. It is dangerous to have non-vehicular traffic in the vehicular lanes and the gates also pose a pinch/crush hazard for pets and humans large and small.
The vehicular gate code is meant for your emergency use. Please do not give out the gate code to delivery drivers or visitors. Each homeowner has a personal code on the gate directory that will dial their phone number when entered on the gate access control box. When you receive a call from the gate control box, press 8 on your phone to open the gate. If your contact information is not up to date, please contact the community manager by following this link.
Community Parking
Hidden Canyon CC&Rs require that vehicles be parked in the garage or the driveway. On street parking is meant for visitors and short-term parking but on-street parking is not allowed for more than 24 hours in any 7 day period. RV parking, boat parking likewise is not permitted for longer than 24 hours.
Community Pet Policy
We all love our furry friends, but they need to be kept on leash when in the community areas for their protection as well as the protection of your friends and neighbors. Not picking up after your pet is a fineable offence, so please if you are taking your pet for a walk, bring a poop-bag, cardboard box, snow shovel or whatever it takes to remove your pet’s waste from where they deposited it.
